Common mistakes
Trying to do everything yourself
Instead: Delegate tasks and give your team clear instructions. Your responsibility is to make sure the work gets done correctly.
Ordering without checking what you already have
Instead: Review stock levels and expected covers before placing orders. Poor ordering leads to waste and unnecessary costs.
Correcting mistakes without explaining them
Instead: Take time to show your team the correct method. Good training helps prevent the same mistakes from happening again.
